The art of brewing wine is a legacy left behind by our ancestors who mastered the secret from our former colonial rulers. Many Goan families prepare these Local wines for festivals such as Christmas, weddings, and other celebrations, and these recipes often vary from village to village. Sample a few of the locally home brewed wines at a heritage home. Swirl, Sip and Savour the unique flavours of each wine sample.
Itinerary :
- Meeting Point: Outpost Old Patto Ponte de Linhares Bridge.
- Casa De Moeda : Proceed towards the old Mint casa de Moeda.
- Old Heritage Buildings : Walk past some of the old existing tradesmen shops and street vendors and proceed towards the quaint streets of the old quarters.
- Heritage House : A visit to a heritage Home in the locality.
- Wine Tasting : Experience a few locally home brewed wines.
